Can I cancel my order?

Please reach out to us within our hours of operation and we can attempt to process your
cancelation but no guarantee. There is a short amount of time between order being placed and
fulfillment process beginning. Once this window has passed, you can return or exchange your
order hassle-free (and free!).

How do I unsubscribe from emails?

Send us an email request and you will be unsubscribed right away.

Why are some color and size variants cheaper than others?

At SDO, it's our mission to bring you unbeatable prices. We're constantly snagging incredible
deals on specific shoes, but here's the twist – our costs can dance a bit. Why? Because we
believe in passing on those jaw-dropping discounts, and that means not all sizes and models
share the same price tag.

The item i wanted is no longer available, where did it go?

We are sorry that you were not able to complete your order. The selection on our site is live and reflects what we have in stock. You can always reach out to us and find out when we expect to be restocked on the item you want.

I see the item I want, where is my size?

If you do not see the size needed, it means we are out of stock. Please get in touch and we can
inform you if we are restocking and to be alerted the moment it is back in stock.

Do you have the shoe I want in a different color/size/width?

Send us a message, we can let you know if we plan on stocking your specific shoe.

Do you carry my favorite brand/model?

If you do not see your favorite item on our site, please get in touch! We are constantly adding brands and models, please check back often if you do not see the item you are looking for. 

How do I find the right size for my shoes?

Finding the perfect fit is key! Check the product page or click here for size charts. We
recommend measuring your foot: Stand on a piece of paper, trace your foot, and measure
heel-to-toe in inches. Compare to our guide or contact us for personalized advice. Most brands
run true to size, but styles like boots may vary.

Do you offer shoes in wide or narrow widths?

Yes! Several of our stocked shoes come in wide (W) and narrow (N) widths - look for the Width
options on the product page. If it's not listed, message us; we can check availability or suggest
similar fits. Pro tip: Wider widths are great for bunions or swelling feet.

What if the shoes don't fit my foot shape (e.g., high arches or bunions)?

We get it - feet come in all shapes! Our selection includes some supportive brands. Reach out
for recommendations. Returns are free if it doesn't work out.

Shipping

Free shipping speed?

Yes, we ship free! Please allow 2-5 business days for delivery.

Please note: Some orders placed on an evening, weekend, or holiday, will not begin to process
until the following business day. We have inventory in several fulfillment centers across the US
and some are not open 24/7/365. Please take this information into account calculating the 2-5
business day delivery time-frame.

How do I track my order?

You will receive a shipping confirmation email, along with a tracking number, once the order is in
transit. You can also log into your account and order details will contain this information.

Do you ship outside of the US?

Yes! If you are visiting our site from another country, you should be redirected to your local site.
If you have not been, and are having an issue with checkout - please let us know right away so
we can take care of it.

What is your return policy?

We offer free returns & exchanges within 30 days of original purchase date.

Is there a fee to return?

No! We are proud to offer hassle-free returns and exchanges. A pre-paid label will be provided. 

I need a different size/color, what do I do?

We offer free exchanges! Please use our automated exchange system within 30 days of your original purchase date and we will ship it out to you right away.

When will I receive my credit?

Generally within 10 days. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved
your return, please contact us at help@shoedealsoutlet.com.

I want to return my order, what do I do?

We offer free returns! Please use our automated returns system and we will send you a pre-paid
shipping label right away. If you are having any issues with your return, please do not hesitate to
contact us at help@shoedealsoutlet.com.

How long does it take to process a return?

Please allow us 10 business days once we receive the product to process your return and credit
any funds on your original form of payment.

Do you offer international returns?

No. If your order is from one of our International sites, please note that there is a 20%
re-stocking fee in addition to the cost of the return label.

Orders & Payments

Do you offer backorders for out-of-stock items?

We don't typically backorder, as our inventory moves fast to keep prices low. If an item sells out,
sign up for restock alerts on the product page - we'll notify you ASAP. In the meantime, check
similar styles or brands we carry.

What if the price drops after I buy? Do you match it?

We appreciate savvy shoppers! While we don't have a formal internal price-match policy, if you
spot a lower price on our site within 7 days of purchase, email us at help@shoedealsoutlet.com
with your order details. We'll review and issue a refund for the difference if eligible.

Do you offer buy-now-pay-later options like Afterpay or Zip?

Absolutely! In addition to our standard payments (Visa, Mastercard, etc.), we support installment
plans through partners like Shop Pay Installments or Afterpay on qualifying orders. Select at
checkout - no interest if paid on time. Check eligibility during purchase.

How can I check my order status before it ships?

After placing your order, you'll get a confirmation email. Log into your account on
ShoeDealsOutlet.com to view real-time status (e.g., processing, shipped). If it's been over 24
hours, hit up our email help@shoedealsoutlet.com.

Yes! Gift cards start at $25 and make perfect presents for shoe lovers. Buy them on our site -
they're emailed instantly. Redeemable on any order, no expiration. Not resellable, though.

Are your shoes authentic and covered by warranties?

100% yes - all our shoes are genuine from trusted suppliers, with original packaging. Any issue
and we'll handle the return hassle-free.

How is sales tax calculated?

We collect sales tax based on your shipping address, per state laws (rates vary 0-10%). It's
added at checkout- no surprises. Tax-exempt? Email us your certificate for review.
